Brought my escape in for regular service and as I live and work an hour away requested a loaner vehicle at the time I booked my appointment. Even though there was a slight hiccup with loaner vehicles being unavailable due to circumstances out of the service department’s control they were very quick to find a solution and went above and beyond to ensure that I was on my way to work as soon as possible.
