Great staff, all around. Great experience

Macey? At the front desk was super helpful with getting me my keys for my work truck when I needed to pick it up on a Saturday. I was originally told to come back Monday but she went above and beyond her job scope to find my keys and get me back on the road to work. The service for my F350 was fast, they fixed the fuel pump in a couple days. They do definitely need someone at the service desk on weekends but luckily Macey was there to save the day. Thanks so much I definitely won't hesitate to bring my trucks here the next time they have an issue!

Where do Honda Civic is top-tier amazing? I just got it for a Christmas gift and it got dirty because my mom stole it and right away but she came back and I took it to this car dealership. It was so beautiful. It’s right outside. Traveling through on an extended trip and or van showed an airbag error. Since we were going through Dawson Creek we thought we would stop and see if Bannister Ford could help us check it out. They squeezed us in and gave our dogs treats and fresh water while we waited . They were so helpful and friendly. They were able to give us a temporary fix so we could safely finish our trip and get the issue resolved when we got home.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience!!We were on our way up to Alaska and noticed a small oil leak on our F450. We stopped in to the service department early on a Monday morning and explained our problem. They were very quick to diagnose the problem and had us on the road the next day. Thank you very much to Cody, Aaron and Sam who went out of their way to get us back on the road!!

I rolled into town on the way to Alaska driving my Ford Transit and called to ask if there was any way they could get me in for an oil change today and they absolutely did!!! I was so pleased with everything, the service was great the waiting area was wonderful I used their Wi-Fi to do some catching up online and they had me in and out quickly!!

well... I was lured into the dealership by a conspicuous billboard claiming that, Bannister Ford sells tires at cost. I entered the building and nosed around until I found the parts department and when I approached the person seated at the counter I was very promptly assisted in my quest to find some suitable premium tires for my vehicle.I believe the guy who helped was named Mike,on the quote it shows salesman #427. He went to considerable effort to include 3 different options and print a clear quote for me to study.A few days later I made my decision to purchase tires and within a few days was able to have them in my possession. I am also happy to report that my shiny black alloy wheels came back without any scratches, [ super important to me by the way].Everyone I interacted with in the building were very friendly and with a professional approach to their job. I would be quite likely to consider dealing with this business again, [ although rather unlikely to sell me a ford ] .regards, B W SmithI

I am traveling through Canada from Alaska on my way to Louisiana on military orders. Unfortunately, after days of hauling a camper up and down the mountains throughout the Alaska Highway, my F250 finally had enough and broke down shortly outside of Dawson Creek. The next morning I called around to a few repair shops, who were all booked out a week+, so I called Bannister Ford and they were able to get me in same day. Their expert technicians were able to diagnose the issue and get it repaired quickly, allowing us to get back on the road, and helped us get through a stressful situation.

Got me in on short notice, found a leaking output seal, and had time to fix it all in one day! I’ll be going to Bannister Ford for all my needs’

I have decided to make a new review. I had a serious issue with my truck today. I called in with 20 minutes notice to stop by. The service manager got my truck in and fixed a coolant leak and I was back on the road in an hour or less. Thanks to the service team.

I have said it before and I will say it again, the quality of service that the Bannister Ford service team gives is outstanding, I have been dealing with this group for almost 10 years now, and the standard of excellence just gets better every time i take my Ford F-150 in for service, the team concept and continuous improvement culture that is a natural part of the operation, not to mention the positive atmosphere that I personally feel every time I walk into the building is outstanding, the care given to my personal concerns about my ford truck brings me great peace of mind, the service manager has gone out of his way to assist my needs and questions at every turn, I have purchase three trucks now from this dealership, and the quality of service and the prompt attention to my service and maintenance needs are the biggest reason why. Brought my F350 in for a transmission recall. The front desk lady Monica was very friendly and very helpful. She kept me updated on progress, and was able to answer my questions.Had to bring my truck in for a leak, I delt with Kieran. If you are looking for honesty and respect I would %100 recommend dealing with Deanna, or Monica, rather than Kieran.After I spoke with Cody, the manager and the issues were resolved kindly and respectfully. Cody definitely goes above and beyond for his customers.Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend Bannister Ford.

We brought one of our company trucks to Bannister Ford to be diagnosed for some engine problems, and were very happy with the service.
