Brought my F350 in for a transmission recall. The front desk lady Monica was very friendly and very helpful. She kept me updated on progress, and was able to answer my questions.Had to bring my truck in for a leak, I delt with Kieran. If you are looking for honesty and respect I would %100 recommend dealing with Deanna, or Monica, rather than Kieran.After I spoke with Cody, the manager and the issues were resolved kindly and respectfully. Cody definitely goes above and beyond for his customers.Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend Bannister Ford.

We brought one of our company trucks to Bannister Ford to be diagnosed for some engine problems, and were very happy with the service. They got the truck in and diagnosed quickly, and had the repairs completed within a couple of days. Very fast, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, great experience altogether! Had a good experience bringing my truck in for repairs. It was a short wait to get my truck in. Monica provides good customer service and is a good communicator. I appreciate that they can text to my phone and send me documents to my phone. I will be driving to Dawson Creek, past my local dealer, to get my truck serviced here.

Although I do not drive a Ford vehicle, Bannister provided excellent customer service in getting my GMC in for some critical brake repairs on short notice, right before Christmas. Kieran Dueck (service advisor) was easy to deal with, friendly and professional. The repairs were done right away, and I had my vehicle back same afternoon.
